Shipping
Canadian Orders:
- 1-2 skein orders will be shipped without a tracking number and have a shipping rate of $8. These will be vacuum sealed and shipped in a very flat envelope through Canada Post letter mail.
- 3+ skein orders will be shipped with a tracking number and have a shipping rate of $15. These will be sent through Canada Post, and a tracking number will be emailed to you when the shipping label has been created.
**Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of order placed.

If you have concerns your package may have been lost in transit, please email us at cogyarns@gmail.com and we will do whatever we can to help. However, please note once a package leaves our hands we are no longer in control of it and are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
